Guidelines for Filling Out the
GNBU Membership Survey Form
- Provide Accurate Information: Please ensure that all details provided are accurate and up-to-date. This will help us maintain a reliable and effective directory.
- Complete All Sections: The form is divided into several sections, each focusing on different aspects of your organization. We encourage you to complete all sections to give a full picture of your organization’s work, needs, and contributions.
- Contact Information: Provide the contact details of at least one person in your organization who is the organisation’s contact person and representative at GNBU.
- Areas of Work: Clearly indicate the primary area of work or focus for your organization & other work areas. This will help others in the network identify potential collaborators and resources.
- Social Media & Website Details: If available, please include your organization’s social media handles and website URL. This will help increase your visibility within the network and beyond.
Confidentiality: The information you provide will be used strictly for the purposes of the Girls Not Brides Uganda network. And will be displayed on this platform.- Review Before Submitting: Before submitting the form, please review all your responses to ensure completeness and accuracy.
