Teens Mentorship Camp
The Teens Mentorship camp was an event designed to empower young people (12-20years) with knowledge on life skills, leadership, goal setting, effective communication and building healthy relationships in today’s dynamic world.
The camp provided a safe space for the young people to share their life experiences and learn from each other which encourages peer to peer mentorship. The event brought together young people and mentors who engaged through interactive sessions and group activities.
The objectives of the camp include;
- To empower teenagers with knowledge on life skills, goal setting, leadership, effective communication, online setting and building healthy relationships.
- To empower young people through mentorship
- To equip young people with basic knowledge and information in preparation for the new academic year.
Our mentorship sessions equip young people with knowledge and skills which strengthens their assertiveness to resist early marriage pressures and make rightful decisions for their future.
Moreso, mentorship builds the esteems and confidence of young people enabling them to stand up for their rights. We encourage and advocate for an inclusive world where both boys and girls have equal rights and ensuring no child is left behind.
