The Action for Development of Grassroots Communities (ADEGCO) is a Nonprofit Organization empowering children, the youth and women for grassroots community development through Education &Employability Skills training and Community Outreach on Green skills. It’s registered by Bukedea District Local Government as a Community Based Organization (CBO). We are located on plot 11, Malinga road in Bukedea Town.
ADEGCO strongly believes that grassroots community development is greatly contributed by empowered children, youth and women in a society. ADEGCO’s believe in children, the youth and women lies in the fact that they are the future for the next generation. ADEGCO is changing the narrative around grassroots community development by empowering one child, youth and woman at a time.
